Here is some information about consulting services for the design, development, acquisition, implementation, training and support of communication and multimedia solutions for live events (live broadcast).
1) Integrated solution for recording, projecting and broadcasting live events
In this module, consultancy is offered for the elaboration of a project for capture, recording, cutting, character generation and live transmission of events.
The following sub-modules are part of this module:
- Capture: elaboration of a project for the acquisition, installation and configuration of cameras, cables and adapters that respect the compatibility matrix of the complete solution;
- Cutting system: elaboration of a project for the acquisition, installation and configuration of the necessary equipment for cutting live images. Cutting is understood as the alternation and overlapping of different image sources (eg camcorders and character generators) in the same image;
- Character generation: and elaboration of a project for the acquisition, installation and configuration of the necessary software for the generation of characters (eg, display of lyrics of praises and verses) embedded in the main image;
- Live recording: preparation of a project for the acquisition, installation and configuration of equipment and workflow for the production of live DVDs. With our workflow it is possible to deliver personalized DVDs of the event (with pressed visual identity) to your audience 10 minutes after the end of the capture;
- Live transmission: elaboration of a project for the acquisition, installation and configuration of equipment and services necessary for the transmission of live events in high definition to the Internet with an unlimited number of spectators;
With this module implemented, it is possible to achieve the following results:
2) Automated management system for advertising campaigns on personalized displays
A relatively common difficulty in evangelical churches is to publicize their events and announcements at the right time. Sometimes, websites display notices of events that have already taken place, or during the service it is not possible to select in time which are the most recommended notices for the date.
This module provides an integrated solution of information systems that allow the automated management of notices, with this system it is possible to program the date of entry, date of departure, priority and the vehicles in which the notice will be displayed. During a worship service, for example, the system displays only notices that respect the rules specified in the schedule.
This solution consists of two components:
- News Management: web system, accessible from anywhere, for scheduling notices, allowing you to define the entry date, exit date, priority, communication vehicles and media file;
- Personalized displays: the display is software that can be accessed by computers, smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, websites, etc. This component queries the notice management module and displays pre-selected notices for the date and the desired communication vehicle.
For example, the manager can maintain the notices during the week from his home, and when he arrives at the church on the day of worship, the television will already be showing the scheduled notices. It is not necessary to program each service, just keep the notices database up to date and the system will automatically program each time the display is started.
